Clan Recruitment & Applications - RULES

The only posts to be made in this section are threads for recruiting members into your clan, and allowing other players to make an application. Here are a few guidelines to follow - most won't be enforced rules however they can assist in promoting your clan more.

• Put [RECRUITING], [FULL], [INACTIVE] or [CLOSED] in your thread title so that a player may know of the clan's current status. Clans that are closed will have their recruiting threads locked after a period of time - to have it reopened in the future, simply contact a Forums staff member.
  
• Don't have large discussions in your thread - This is a recruitment/application section, so the majority of the posts should be application posts, or messages by the clan leaders stating whether they have been accepted or denied.
  
• If you are part of another clan, don't post on other clan's threads to influence other players not to join them. Please let everyone have a fair chance of recruiting new players, so don't be a dog.
  
• Put some care into your application post, as this is going to be one of the first threads a player will see when considering your thread - a good layout and design may swing a player into viewing your clan more favourably. This means you should add some details about your clan, what events you participate in and what requirements are needed, as well as a simple application process.
  
• Only ONE recruitment thread per clan - the exception to this is if you have separate PvP and PvM sections of the clan for example. If another thread is made without reason, then the contents of the thread will be edited into the original recruitment thread and the second thread deleted. Also, if you feel your first application thread is getting too long (from many applications), then you may request it be locked so that you can create a second thread.
